First off, nice car, there is a kind of goldish orange one running around my city, although I think he has riced it out. Second for the money you are going with, I have heard, like as in actually with my own ears, kicker and alpine. I know you are looking for bump, but not too much, and for a single I would probably try and go with an Alpine type-R like others are saying. For double, I know Alpine is still doing their double Type-E 10s and a 300watt amp I think for 300. All you would have to do is find a certified Alpine dealer and get it there, but of couse it doesn't come with a box or anything, or wires. But you do get the subs and amp for 300 which will leave you about 200 for extras. I know Type-Es are the entry level, but for entry they thump pretty good.
