The wife wants a system on a very limited budget...she listens to the same music i do...tool, a perfect circle ect... she wants it to be fairly loud with good sq... the budget for the sub/amp combined is 300-350. i was thinking along the lines of a alpine type R 12" in a ported box w/ a clarion APA250 amp... or a local shop has the clarion APA250 for 100$ and MTX 12 subs(2 w/box) T5212 for 150...
