crack is the reason why i don't want to fly my mom out from california to live in our area... i'd be willing to bet it wouldn't take long before she's drinking heavily and back on drugs. thats a nono, i won't tolerate that.

well this is something Clinton said himself when he was president, so i dunno.. either way its bad here..

by Darthness » Mon Jun 05, 2006 6:18 pm

this is kinda unreleated, but if i was giogn to have any involvement in drugs, i'd probably end dealing with coke & crack. cooking crack it is much less noticable and probably easier than meth, and the junkies will spend w hatever they have whenever for it. thats why its so big down here. There were some people locally that were caught with a huge amount of coke, some weed, guns, and 10g's in cash and were in the process of cooking some of the cocaine into crack. = $$$$$$$$$$.

on another note, just about every local artist here in charleston talks about the selling crack :P (local rap)

I've heard my county called "meth capital of the world" also... It's probably just something people say...

by lotas » Mon Jun 05, 2006 2:02 pm

That's interesting cause Spokane County where I live in the passed five years or so has been called the Meth Capital of the US...crazy.

People are always getting busted around here. I'd say we are easily in the top 5 worst drug counties in the usa.

ha... i know all to well about Meth... i dont do it, never have and never will.. but my county, White County, used to be the meth capitol... might still be, not sure... but its a REALLY big problem here... there is a bust almost everyday.. usually containing more than 1 person.. its a Really big problem here, i dont really know where to begin with it.. when i was in jail, i was in there with people facing 20+ and 40+ years on it.. all because of a big conspiracy... if the FBI caught you, they would show you a list of people they suspect or have caught and you have a choice to nark them out or keep your mouth shut.. if you nark them out it will help keep your sentence down or even out of jail/prison.. if you dont nark, they will do whatever they can to throw you in jail/prison... they go 10 years back around here, and just add up the days/months/years you have done in jail/prison, and even though you have served it, they add it to your sentence anyways.. its really F'd up here.. totally crooked..but around here.. if you know someone on meth.. you better "un-know" that person real quick.. because its a matter of time before they get busted and 9 times out of 10, they will nark out EVERYONE they know, for whatever crime or anything you have done with them. but thats all i have on it i guess.

So yesterday night I was watching this show on A&E entitled "Meth: A county in crisis."

It all looked so familar... Probably because it was! Franklin county Missouri, the county I call home.

Yeah. :happy055:
