well i have emailed Adire a few times and they replied within a day, but on the phone i got answer usually right then, and they were very nice.. same with KnuKonceptz, although it did take them a bit to reply to emails and it was VERY hard to get ahold of them on the phone. and i just got ahold of Cardomain and they answered and were very nice.

People need to realise that e-mail is NOT the best way to contact a company. Pick up a telephone.

I've been doing research for months..any time i'm online..i'm doing research...if i buy a sub from RE or Adire its not based on one persons opinon of that sub..Although I will be more likely to buy a sub in which i've never heard a complaint from..and all I hear about is how well they're products perform..Right now those are the products i'm truly interested in..trust me..i've thought about other companies...I'm not saying anyone elses favorite sub isn't "up to par" with the companies like RE or Adire..although it may not be..i dont know for sure..I'll take my chances with a company like Adire and RE..As for the bad customer service..I dont know who told you that, but all I've heards is great things about their customer service..you have to take into consideration how many e-mails they receive a day..i e-mailed RE and they gave me an email back in 2 weeks...I understand that they are a busy company right now..as they keep getting bigger and are selling more products it will take them longer to respont via email..If I needed an answer to a question right away I would definitely take the time to phone them..I've heard they're customer service is great and they're always willing to help over the phone..that goes for Adire and RE

Audiobass, the Tempest and the SE 15" are close to the same sub. the SE costs more though, but looks better :P

Personal Opinion

ts sounds?

by diceman1000 » Sat Nov 27, 2004 2:20 pm

hey ryan, are you aware that tc sounds was the build house for eD that built the k series driver that you had all of the trouble with?infact they are building speakers at the present with parts that eD rejected, top notch company there, and believe it or not i have read reviews on other forums that say re and adire do not have great coustomer service either...i know pesonaly that neither one of them answer e-mails for shit...i e-mailed both months ago, when i was getting real tired waiting on my kv2's, four or five times and told them my situation with eD and that i had been waiting TOO long and that i was interested in their products, guess what,i never heard shit from either...and audiobass, don't judge a product just because someone else says it's good or bad,do some research and decide for yourself...i myself am an eD fan,as long as what i want is in stock, imho there is not a better sub in the sam price range...just my thoughts

I definately wouldn't go with a DD 9xxx series if you want a really musical sub, their 3xxx series sound pretty decent though. If you wanna be loud though... it's hard to beat a 9xxx series sub from DD.
