W6 or W6v2?

Other than the labor, it sounds pretty good. Nice choice of equipment too.

If you want to save a couple of hundred, drop to the 300/2 to power that 10W6. You don't need 500 watts RMS for that thing.

yea i went to best tire car audio(the one that was on the funk flex show) and was gonna get my eclipse lcd unit installed there(needed to be hardwired but i figured it out) and their rate is 80/hr!

30-35 i would say for a good deck install. if they are throwing amps in for that i would probaly stay away from them it sounds pretty unrealistic.

All the shops I've been to around here are either $30 or $35 to install. That's total install no matter how long it takes.

by sinister audio » Fri Aug 26, 2005 5:49 am

my shop is 35 an hour. your looking at between 100-200 depending on how good the shop is and if you buy the stuff from them.

by MrSo0h0o » Fri Aug 26, 2005 5:07 am

where are u goingwhere labor is only 35 bucks?!?! did u mean /hr

by cyberface » Fri Aug 26, 2005 4:57 am

Ok here's what I've come up with:
JL W6 10 - $299
JL 500/1 - $499
Box - $55
p50 adapter - $16.99
Amp Kit -$35
Labor - $35
Total Price 939.99

How's that sound? I have to have a shop do it since I can't put it in myself....

Since u can afford that JL sub - why not get an appropiate JL amp as well & make life easy - lol
