i couldn't actually get a 8.5cuft box in there thoguh, i don't think i'td fit through the trunk opening. althoguh, i probably could go through the back seats.

shit son!! the box in my truck is 6.5 deep, 36 long, and 16 high and that shit's 1.97 cubic feet! 22x40x17 is HUGE!! 22" deep is HUGE!! lol

hrm, that just doesn't seem right to me, i didn't think i had 8.5 cuft in my trunk. i fugured it was much smaller for some reason.

Well shit on me.

22" by 40" by 20" is pretty damn huge... and 8.5 cubic foot is right.

my box that is 6" by 12" by 12" is .5 cubic feet.

by Darthness » Sun Jul 10, 2005 7:51 am

hrm, thats oddd... when i do wxhxl divede by 1728, i get about 8.5 cu ft. i'm pretty sure 8.5 cubic feet would run into my front seats, lol.

edit: this is for the maximum sized box i'm willing to put in..22"x39.5"x17"

by Ryan from Ohio » Sun Jul 10, 2005 5:55 am

wxhxl divided by 1728= cubic feet

by smgreen20 » Sat Jul 09, 2005 10:11 pm

Internally, 20 x 16 x 9.75, externaly 21.5 x 17.5 x 11.25

I'm wondering how i'd calculate the size of n enclouser... based on either dimensions i already have, or from the volume i want.. ie, 1.8^3 sealed, 3/4" MDF
