Do you have your speaker wires coming off the amp like it is shown on page 11 of the owners manual ?

Could you post a pic of how the speaker wires are connected to the amp on the output side ?

OK I just checked it will not go onto protective mode with sub's unpluged but when I plug them up they beat for a few seconds the amp goes to protect

It will come on and you can hear the sub's but as long as its turned down like below volume 10 it will stay on if any higher that when it shuts off

Yes those are my sub's and here is a pic of my amp. I had them wired a different way to start with red to red black to black and they sounded awesome worked for months. I now have them wired like your pic Image

It looks like your amp can go down to 4ohm bridged.

Just to verify, do you have them wired up like this?

Your amp, can go down to a 4ohm load. So if wired like above, you should be OK.

Does it go into protection as soon as you turn it on?
Does it go into protection with the speakers not hooked up? If it does, then you rule out the speakers and you have an issue with the amp.
