No not replace the head unit all together, I'm replacing my current head unit with a different head unit, the one I have/had looks really rough, scratched up can't read buttons etc.... And I got for free, a Sony explod fw-570 that I'm going to wire up in its place, then I'm taking a cheap a2dp blue tooth speaker apart and getting the Bluetooth module out, and fabricating it in somewhere. I'll take the speaker wires that ran to the little speaker, extend them and wire a aux male to the end and hook this into the aux in on my head unit. Fabricate the tablet into the dash, wire all this too acc and with the help of a couple apps the tablet will power up an cut on with the switch n power down with the switch. This way I have my CD player n am fm but plus I also have tablet in dash for stored music on there movies etc.... Or I can pair my phone or anyone else's phone with the Bluetooth to listen off my phone with Spotify. All running to the Bluetooth going into my head unit, and still have the option for aux, because the Bluetooth module has aux in jack. It's a Honda accord 2003. Ive already took the center console apart and I'm working on the skeleton for the tablet area, need to figure out where to mount the new head unit though. Also gotta question, on the back of the head unit it has remote in, looks like aux in, us it? Plus it has audio out front, audio out rear bus audio in sub out and bus control in. So is remote in my aux or do I use bus audio in rcas and adapters to get my aux?

To do it right will take a lot of fabrication in the car. What type of car is it again?

Yea tomorrow I'm installing a new head unit, I bout a 7 inch tablet to incorporate with it, I also bought just a generic Bluetooth speaker, that I'm going to hack into it, it came with a mic so I'm assuming it supports calling too. Any advice on the matter? I want to have it setup where the tablet looks built into the car but its detachable also

hmm, ya sounds like a connection problem somewhere if things started working when you messed with the wires.
Makes sure everything is tight, and not shorted anywhere.

Hmnn was listening to it with everything hooked up. Went into the store come out n subs not working, my amp lights up and the lights were very fim, no protection light. Realized my ground was loose, so I stuck it back in the amp and lights for bright again, ..... For a few seconds then dimmed again. I'm replacing the hu thus weekend, not cause that just cause I got a better one so I'll check all wiring when I do this.

Just imagine the circle(speaker ring) goes around the positives and negatives I illustrated above. Lol I just call it north and south poles :)

I still can't find out if this is a dual 4 or dual 2 coil speaker.

I think it's a dual 4. Because of this you can't bridge your amp because it would either be a 2 ohm total load (will throw the amp into protection) or 8 you'll lose all your power.

So to wire it up with that amp, you can do this.

take one + from one side and hook it to a + on the amp. Then take a - from that same side and hook it to the corresponding - on the amp.
now go to the other side of the speaker, take one + and hook it to the remaining + on the amp and do the same with the other -

basically your hooking each coil to a channel on the amp.

you click on the icon in the toolbar that looks like it has a tree in it.
Then since you found one online, you post the URL in the field, and uncheck the store locally button.

I'm looking up this sub more, it seems that Audiobahan was just trying to do something different with their connectors. So the ++ on one side are connected together and the -- on that same side are connected together.

I'm trying to read more on this sub, and getting conflicting information. I can't tell if this is a dual 4ohm sub, or something else?
Trying to figure out the best way to hook it up.
