I went to a auto sound store which is a authorized Kenwood dealer. They suggested that I keep my cadence 5.25 component speakers, as they said that my cadence speakers sound better than the Kenwood Xr-1800p's, which surprised me.

i have a ken wood head unit myself and as for the speakers man,i would imagine that they are pretty good, ken wood has been around just as long as all the other mainstream electronics and they have to be good to to a degree to make it this far,you know what i mean.just like pioneer they have been around forever,as long as there not something like pyramids or something, they should be fine.

Kenwood 6x9 adapters are included with the speakers

I've never used them, but I'm sure they are an OK speaker.
I've never had any real complaints with Kenwood products.

Now one thing I'm concerned with, it says it's a 7 inch speaker. Will these fit where you want to install them?

How good are these speakers? Anyone have experience with them? I am looking to replace my cadence component 5.25 speakers in the door and rear of my 2008 dodge grand caravan. I have a Kenwood excelon Dnx6990hd receiver, with a Kenwood kac-8405 60x4 powering the cadence components.
