Build an adapter and run a 6.5. WAY more options and WAY better sound.

Picked up a ranger and want to put in a budget system in it. Currently, the truck is without a head unit or speakers, so I figured I'd use this opportunity to upgrade the stereo system just a bit.
I'm just going to stick with the stock size (6x8) and really don't want to spend much more than $50 bucks...
