No plus below 46hz cabin gain will help bump them up considerably as well.

No i mean wont it get considerably lower in DBs below 46 hz?

Like 46hz is the sweet spot and everything above it will be louder to a point and anything below it keeps dropping by 3 db.

Say like 100 db at 46 hz then 45 hz is 96 db then 44 is like 93 then 43 is 90 or isnt that how it works?

Wont that cause the dbs to drop off like a 90 degree angle anywhere below 46 hz?

Increase the internal volume. An F3 of 46hz is perfectly fine for car audio use.

Im going to be buying 2 Sundown Audio 12"s they say Recommended Box Specs (Sealed): 1.0ft^3 (Yields F3 of 46Hz)

Is there anyway to lower that F3? Ive read that f3 is where the DBs drop by half, does that mean anything below 46 hz is gonna be not very loud compared to anything above 46 hz.

If thats the case can I change the sealed box in anyway to make the f3 lower say like 30 hz? Or would I have to go ported

If I would have to go ported whats a better sub for a sealed box Id like to spend below 200 dollars each. I was looking at RE SEX 12s until i heard everyone say they were garbage..

So the only other decent one I know of is Alpine Type R 12s, but last years model, not this year, i Heard this years sounds like garbage.
