You know why? Because you aren't a twit when you travel. There are tourist packages that these sorority girls and completely closed minded retards go on that act up while abroad or laugh openly at others.

As long as you make an attempt in another country (speaking the language, paying in THEIR currency, etc) you'll almost never have a problem.


Speaking of which, one week from today I'm leaving for Germany, Czech Republic, Denmark, and Sweden :)

That's incorrect, as long as its not next to the body it is acceptable a pin is the same as a patch much like the ones on military uniforms. if you read closely it state's

The flag should never be used as wearing apparel, bedding, or drapery. It should never be festooned, drawn back, nor up, in folds, but always allowed to fall free. Bunting of blue, white, and red, always arranged with the blue above, the white in the middle, and the red below, should be used for covering a speaker's desk, draping the front of the platform, and for decoration in general.

# S: (n) apparel, wearing apparel, dress, clothes (clothing in general) "she was refined in her choice of apparel"; "he always bought his clothes at the same store"; "fastidious about his dress"

Wearing apparel is clothing a pin or patch is not clothing.

I'm not very patriotic, never have been. I disagree with what America stands for as a whole. I'm highly upset we have a President who doesn't salute the flag in a respectful manner. Also won't wear a pin that depicts the American Flag.

How we going to elect someone whose less patriotic than me?

we may have the most mcdonalds wall marts pizza topping cars malls frat boys businessman criminals apocalyptic religious nuts etc but that means absolutely nothing to me and none of it is worth saving
