Well see that's the problem... You can't quit until you want to... I'm not saying it's easy, but nobody can make you quit... You have to bottom out someway to where you realize that it's taken control of you... Otherwise you end up in and out of prisons or worse.

He never will, atleast not on his own..

He has court on the 18th, I sorta hope he gets a few more weeks..

He'll more than likely get put on probation, which will come with drug tests, so he'll probably end up with doing some more time shortly...

Well, he seen a judge today, judge told him to get a public defender and come back tomorrow...

So I guess we'll find out whats-what tomorrow...

I havent seen/talked to him yet, but I call the court house every moring and the clerk fills me in... Very nice lady!!!!! :happy055:

Yeah, I kinda hope he has to stay until just before christmas....

But its a Possession Of Controlled Substance charge, a class C felony...

He has been arrested a few times for failure to pay off fines for traffic offensives...

I guess I'll call the court house the morning and see whats-whats...

Well the court house isnt having court today, so it's going to be alteast tomorrow before we know anything...

I called the county jail to see when I could visit him, and if I could bring him ciggerettes?

They said they're a smoke free facility, and I couldnt see him until monday at 6pm...

So unless he gets to go to court tommorow - and the judge lets him out, he'll being sitting in there a while...
