Well first let me say "Welcome to the board" and yes you'll find tons of knowledge here ;)
Second, CV Vmax are a good choice for a good daily driving sub... with amps to power almost an endless solution, but why not start by looking at the CV amps. They have a new line of amps up this year.
Anything else... ask away or check our FAQ section for a lot of info.

Well theres a tone to learn.

If your a reader: http://www.bcae1.com

If your not a reader the best way to learn is to go about your own and learn when you need the info. For instance if your ready to build an enclosure start reading about them or asking questions.

Hello gent's im new to this site.. Looks like a pretty cool place to find info and answers on audio equipment... So by the way im looking to buy 2 12 "
cerwin-vega vmax's.. But not quite sure what amps to use on them. Ive put my own audio system's before half-ass if u well. I just wanna start understanding all the important stuff like Port Tuning, finding out what hertz the speaker is running at, and also i see that alot of people mension tuning the enclosure to a certain hertz level.. If anyone can help if you know of a guide for understanding audio terms and stuff i would appreciate thanks alot guys.. VATO OUT...
