Here is one I am making right now... Beef Jerkey

1 London Broil
Garlic Salt
Pepper
Head Country Beef Seasoning
Slice the London Broil think, about 1/8th an inch, and season. Put on smoker with each piece overlapping one another. Smoke for approx 5 hrs at 200 degrees. Remove and enjoy, or place with paper towels in freezer bags and let set on counter overnight.

I also make a spicy jerky as well.
1 London Broil sliced 1/8" (1/8th is good starting point, but you can get slightly thicker)
2 jalepenos
1/2 med onion
worchester sauce
1 lime (Skin removed)
Garlic salt
Salt
Pepper
Blend jalepeno, onion, and lime together seeds and all mixing worchester sauce to make a semi thick marinade. Add salt, garlic salt, and pepper to the marinade, blend again then poor marinade over jerky in either a bowl or baggy and let set on counter for an hour or so. Then cook in smoker at 200 for approx 5 hrs.

Here is one I always make

Spicy BBQ Cod.

Get some cod from your local grocery store.
Take a large freezer bag and put the cod into it.
Pour some maurer's mighty hot into the bag
The sprinkle on some Grill Mates Monteral Steak Seasoning
Sprinkle a little bit of powered garlic.

Let marinate for about an hour, then throw it on the BBQ.

Easy recipe and it's really good.

You can also do the exact same thing with Chicken and it tastes great too.

fried bologna sammich

take 2-3 slices of bologna
throw them in the skillet on med heat.
when they start to swell up in the middle notch the corners with a knife
flip em over
serve on bread with cheese of your choice and mayo

heres the best

barbecue bologna

go to the deli and buy an unsliced chunk of deli bologna
slide it on a rotisserie over your bbq grill or in a perfect world a smoker
slather on some bullseye bbq sauce and cook slowly and i mean slowly
keep lathering on sauce until it penetrates deep into the bologna

I will have to find it. I like my Corn Pudding.

1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 16 Oz sour cream
1 stick butter
1/2 cup of sugar

Bake 350 until golden brown across the top. back uncovered. Also I like mine "dry yet moist". Dont like it wet, yuck...

That with ham or steak is awesome. I will make it and eat it 3 days straight, lol. Also I will eat helpings of it that make people think OMG what a cow... lol
