I never said they were a major share holder like they are with Toyota... But they do have stock in the company.

by Bwcad1 » Mon Oct 08, 2007 10:38 am

again what does that have anything to do with your original post? post proof they worked on the ecotec or on the fact that gm owns a-lot of stock in Honda? i never said gm didn't use there motors.

so now your saying you don't know you would be surprised? there is no defeat to admit. i called you on your bullshit and now your posting information loosely related to your original post.

by cargodz » Mon Oct 08, 2007 10:37 am

Just admit your defeat... Honda and GM have been working together for some time now... And I never said that the ecotec was a Honda motor, just that I wouldn't be suprised if they had their hand in on the new development of it.

Here's another one for ya:
MotorTrend reports that, according to Automotive News, the upcoming redesigned 2008 Saturn Vue will not be offered with the 3.5-liter V-6 from Honda any more. GM has decided to use an engine of its own.

by Bwcad1 » Mon Oct 08, 2007 10:33 am

the ecotec wasn't designed for the vue so what does Honda have anything to do with that motor? you also forget my company deals directly with honda and there automotive division as well as my fathers. your not gonna win this one trust me. if you want ill call up our honda rep and get him on here to inform you.

by cargodz » Mon Oct 08, 2007 10:30 am

No it refers to Toyota, but some of the Saturns did actually come with Honda motors in them.

wikipedia is written by peers. i don't trust shit that comes out of that. 10 bucks says they meant toyota.
